Hi there,

My name is Shannon, and I’m an artist currently living in the Hudson Valley. I spent some time in Georgia, where I studied design and animation at Savannah College of Art and Design. College helped me dive into visual storytelling and sharpen my technical skills. Plus, being part of a largely international student body gave me a great appreciation for the lively culture around us.

Now that I'm back in New York, I see things differently in my work. Living in both the city and NY countryside allows me to appreciate the variety in my neighbors. It enables me to create designs that connect with various demographics. Plus, my experience in both 2D and 3D design has taught me how to switch gears between projects; whether it's creating immersive experiences or eye-catching visuals. This flexibility helps me come up with fresh solutions that suit various clients and situations.

But who am I?

I have an enate desire to create, consume, observe, and study. If I’m not at home behind a paint palette, sewing machine, or book, you can find me hiking or wandering new countries. I could be trying my bet at paddleboarding, rollerblading down paved paths in the woods, or pulling over alongside a pasture homing a herd of cows.
I like to take on new challenges such as disassembling a bike just to paint it yellow, without prior experience on how to re-assemble it. I’m an animal loving, nature appreciative, thift-addicted, curious artist.
